The term ‘hypergrowth’ was first used in Harvard Business Review in 2008 to characterize the rapid growth that most young markets and industries are experiencing at any given time. As it consists of selling products and services over the phone, through calls to prospects following or not following an advertising campaign by mail or email, this telemarketing can also take the form of inbound calls; when the customer contacts the advertiser, that is you, to get more information about the service or product featured in an advertisement.
