Served at the table, used in various recipes for good food or served in church, wine has travelled through the history of mankind. The first traces of cultivated vines date back to the seventh millennium BC.

Gradually it became so popular and important that it is present in many mythologies and traditions. Much later, in the seventeenth century, winemakers began to focus on the search for quality wines. Oenology, or the science of wine, only emerged in the twentieth century.

Today, wine is a natural part of a dinner with friends or an aperitif after work. Whether it is red, white or rosé, it creates conviviality and can be drunk with both refined and simple dishes. Drinking it in good company is much more enjoyable than drinking it alone in your corner. Don't hesitate to include it in your romantic evenings. With the decoration and everything else, your partner would feel as if they were in an atmosphere straight out of a film. And to add a touch of romance, why not extend the evening to a candlelit format where wine reigns supreme.

Consumed in moderation, it is good for your health. Studies have shown that you can feel the benefits of wine after 2 to 6 glasses. It has vasodilator, antioxidant and antiaggregant effects.

According to the World Health Organization, the negative effects of wine on health only appear after two 10cl glasses per day for a woman and three glasses for a man. Consume in moderation.

To put it bluntly, wine is an art to be mastered. In fact, it is not easy for an amateur to choose which wine to buy in the supermarket. Many people don't like wine after a bad experience, that it tastes bad or that the best quality is to expensive. So why not take this course?
